Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell the frames separately?
Yes. You can order the frame on its own or with forks. You can also buy the Forks, Stem, Lights, Headset, Wheel sets and Handlebars separately online.
Do you offer custom built bikes and frame painting?
This is not something we currently offer but we are looking into it as a service for the future.
Where can I see a Lola frame?

Where does the name Lola come from?
Lola is the middle name of my youngest daughter, Maya.
Why are the bikes called Mezzo and Tutti
Mezzo is Italian for ‘Half, Half’ and refers to the frame being half painted and half in a natural stainless steel finish.
Tutti is Italian for ‘All, Everything’ and refers to the whole frame being finished in natural stainless steel finish.
Will there be other Lola models in the future?
Yes, we have plans to introduce more models with and without gears. All future frames will be made with Stainless Steel.
Where are the Lola frames and components made?
Our exclusive frames and components are designed in Singapore and hand made in Taiwan using traditional brazing and welding techniques. We only use high grade Italian Stainless Steel in our frames (Columbus Spirit) and the highest quality materials for our components. Each component undergoes extensive quality and safety checks and as soon as our frames go into production we will be testing them to EU Standards. Once the testing is complete we will make the results available on our website.
Do you ship to all countries worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country is not listed in the shopping cart, click here to send us an email with your address details and the products you wish to purchase. We will get back to you within 48 hours with a total cost including shipping and insurance. Please take note that our shipping and insurance costs are exclusive of any local duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.
How do you ship your products ?
For international bike and frame orders we use DHL or FedEx and send the components by recorded mail. Bike and frame shipments typically go out approximately twice a week, components usually within approximately 24-48 hours of ordering.
Are your Lola frames and components guaranteed?
Our Lola frames and components are fully guaranteed against manufacturing and materials faults or defects for 12 months from date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover items that have been damaged through accident, misuse, wear and tear, neglect or those which have been repaired or altered by any other firm. Paintwork is not covered by this warranty, nor is any damage/injury that happens to you or your other components as a result of any failure of one of our products. This guarantee is only valid to the original customer and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to an independent expert opinion on whether the goods in question are defective. A dated proof of purchase must be provided before a warranty claim will be considered. Any refund or replacement of any goods shall be at our sole and absolute discretion.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
If an item should fail to meet your expectations, you may return it unused and in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt and we will provide a full refund (shipping costs are not included). You must email us before returning goods. Returns received without our prior authorization or in a non-saleable condition may be refused.If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, we will give you a full refund. In the case of a refund for damaged goods, we reserve the right to an expert independent opinion on whether the goods in question are defective.
In the case of incorrect or damaged goods, we will reimburse any postage/shipping costs incurred as long as they have been agreed first by us.
Import Duty, VAT, or Other Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for all local duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
